CASE STUDY
ACCU | The Engineered Solution
ACCU is a leading precision engineering company supplying high-quality components to engineers and manufacturers worldwide. With a growing workforce and a strong company culture, Accu wanted to rethink how employees access branded clothing and merchandise.
Infinity Inc. was commissioned to develop a flexible, sustainable uniform and merchandise solution that would provide employees with greater choice while streamlining internal ordering processes.
The project focused on creating a premium apparel and merchandise range available through ACCU's custom LINK® platform, so employees can choose products that suit their preferences while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
ACCU required a solution that could:
- Create a flexible core uniform range with multiple garment options.
- Offer employees greater choice through a self-service ordering platform.
- Develop a premium collection featuring unique engineering-inspired designs.
- Introduce a sustainable apparel range aligned with company values.
- Consolidate uniform and merchandise ordering into one centralised system.
- Simplify the onboarding process for new starters.
- Implement a budget-based purchasing model that gave employees more autonomy.
The key challenge was balancing employee freedom of choice with brand consistency, while ensuring the solution remained simple to manage and scalable for future growth.
Working closely with the ACCU team, Infinity Inc. developed a tailored uniform and merchandise strategy built around flexibility, sustainability and employee engagement.

Collaborative Development
A variety of garment styles, design concepts and pricing structures were presented and reviewed throughout the project. Multiple design meetings and product consultation sessions were held to refine the collection and ensure it aligned with ACCU's objectives.
Employee Choice
Rather than a traditional uniform model, the range was designed around employee choice. A voucher-based system enabled colleagues to select products that suited their role and personal preferences while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.
Engineering-Inspired Design
Alongside core branded apparel, the collection incorporated more playful and distinctive designs inspired by ACCU's engineering heritage, helping to strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
Centralised Ordering
The entire range was integrated into Infinity Inc.’s LINK® platform, creating a single destination for apparel and merchandise ordering, both for existing employees and future starters.
Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the project.
The apparel collection was built using garments from Stanley / Stella, with all items manufactured from 100% organic cotton.
This approach allowed ACCU to offer premium-quality garments while supporting its commitment to responsible sourcing and environmental sustainability.
The final collection launched through the LINK® platform included:
Apparel
- 16 apparel products
- Core uniform essentials
- Premium lifestyle garments
- Multiple fit and style options
Merchandise
- 14 branded merchandise products
- Supporting accessories and lifestyle items
- Products aligned with the wider apparel collection
The range was designed to provide flexibility, quality and long-term scalability while maintaining a strong connection to the ACCU brand.

The launch of the LINK® platform successfully transformed how ACCU manages employee apparel and merchandise.
Key Outcomes
- LINK® platform launched with 30 initial products
